I graduated from the middle of my law school class. Without grades on my side, I focused on building up my interview skills as a 1L. I ended up with multiple biglaw offers and spent a (relatively happy) decade in biglaw and serving on my firm’s recruiting committee conducting over 200 interviews for law students and laterals.
I genuinely like helping students so a few years ago, I started offering coaching services to help law students build up those interview skills quickly through personalized 1 on 1 coaching sessions. While there’s no guarantee of success, many students have found the coaching sessions helpful to securing biglaw offers or making a lateral move.

Personalized 1-on-1 coaching
One-on-one sessions covering OCI prep, callback strategy, networking outreach, summer associate survival, first-year habits of success. All tailored to your background and what you want out of your law degree.
Mock interviews
Pretend you are in the interview. After doing 200+ interviews, I know what works and what doesn’t. Previous students find mock interviews the most helpful. First 30 minutes are a mock interview and then we analyze ways to improve for another 30 minutes.
Get a little better at interviewing
If all the other variables like grades are set in place, think of getting 1% better at interviewing a key differentiator. With biglaw offers starting at $225k +, it’s worth trying to improve where you can.
